November 2021 release

Summary

Our latest release includes a couple of new features and an update to the designs of different components. We also made some updates to the Greenhouse integration, and more importantly, we now support integration to the Lever ATS 🔌

New features 🎉

• Lever integration

A new integration is ready to be used by everyone using the Lever ATS. Are you interested in hearing more? Please get in touch with us by mail or reach out to your personal Candidate Experience Specialist.

• Export a complete overview of your surveys and all language variants.

You can now download an excel file from the surveys page with a complete overview of your surveys and the numbers of the different stats/response rates. You can export all surveys at once or do it on a single level.

Below you can see an example of the export with surveys divided into separate tabs 👇

• Give admin users access to delete comments containing Personal Identifiable Information (PII)

Please note that deleted comments cannot be restored, please consult with your Candidate Experience Specialist before enabling this feature.

Improvements 💫

• Greenhouse Integration

We now support surveying Coordinators, recruiters and sourcers through the Greenhouse API integration.

• Custom Variable clean up

Have you experienced duplicated values in your Custom Variables? Or maybe some of your replies contain funny signs like; ~, ~" or something similar?

Your Candidate Experience Specialist can help you clean that up right away and without any help from our technical team!

• Clearer indication when the platform is loading

Question cards will now clearly indicate when the platform is loading your data ⏳
