Introducing manual survey send-outs
We have received feedback that it could be a neat feature in our product, for users to be able to trigger email send-outs directly from our platform. We are now introducing this feature to the product.
Specifically, we see use cases around sending out on-boarding surveys, to newly started employees. You oftentimes want to measure the first period of the on-boarding, measuring on different points in time. Our own recommendation is to measure after 5, 30 and 90 days. If you are not utilizing your ATS for this, it easily becomes a very manual and handheld process.
However, even though the feature is designed for the purpose of on-boarding surveys, you will be able to trigger any survey to be send-out.
The feature works en 3 simple steps:
Upload the email list of the respondents you want to receive the survey
Configure your send-out logic. This is, which survey should be send, when they should be send and which email invitations we should use.
Review and save your changes.
And that’s it. We will handle the rest, and make sure that your surveys go out on time.
The feature also supports that you can add your favorite custom variables to the logic, allowing you to break-down and analyze the data from your survey in the way you want.
