Database changes and new survey flow available

Summary

With the latest update, we have made a renewed version of the survey flow available.

We also made some notable changes to our database. At the moment, you may not see too much value in the database changes, but we guarantee that it is an update that will allow us to improve a long list of things in the future ✨

During the upcoming months, we will be able to share much more information about this.

Survey flow updates

Currently, it is optional whether you want to adopt the updated survey style. Please reach out to your point of contact if you wish to activate the new survey style.

Below you can see some of the most significant changes that come with the updated survey flow.

Updates included in the new survey flow:

• A process bar that indicates how much is left of the survey

• Alignment of animations always coming from the same place instead of different elements coming from the top, bottom and the side of the screen

• 10 point scale is customized to the company colours instead of Talenthub.io Green

• Possibility to embed the survey's first question directly on the introduction page (to increase start rates).

• New layout of option questions with fewer than 15 options - we implemented chips instead of a list of options (to minimize drop-offs for options questions).

• New and enhanced survey flow available

• Changed layout of single- and multiple-choice questions with less than 15 options (implementation of Chips)

• Opportunity to edit the text on the start button on the Introduction page of surveys

Improvements 💫

• 10 point Likert scale is customized to company colours instead of Talenthub.io Green

• The selected value is now visible when an additional comment is activated in the survey flow

• Adding a back button to the first question in the survey flow

• Log in details on talenthub user overview (only visible for admin users)

Fixes 🔨

• Response rates were showing the wrong numbers when time period was changed in the survey overview table

• 10 point scale broke on 577-767px screens
